We are looking for a seasoned executive to lead our regional team. As a Regional Business Director, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue growth and driving critical business metrics. Your expertise in qualitative analysis and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business decisions:

    As a Regional Business Director, you will contribute actively to business decisions with in-depth quantitative analysis and qualitative inputs.

  • Develop strong understanding of design requirements:

    You will develop a deep understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.

  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams:

    As a leader, you will drive motivation and performance among your team members, fostering an environment conducive to innovation and growth.

  • Own quality of design closure:

    You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and services, guaranteeing timely sign-offs and snag-free designs.

  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs):

    Your focus will be on driving and meeting KPIs such as sales/category penetration, C-sat, E-sat, and design sign-offs.

  • Serve as voice of the region:

    You will act as the voice of the region inside Livspace, providing continuous feedback for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field:

    A Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil Engineering or equivalent is required; an MBA is considered an added advantage.

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience:

    You should have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services through designers.

  • Strong analytical skills:

    Excellent written/oral communication skills and structured thought process are essential for thriving in our fast-paced startup environment.

  • Effective leadership skills:

    You must possess effective leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting.

  • Personal drive:

    A significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design and Design experience is necessary.
