Job Title: Senior Regional Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Regional Manager to spearhead the overall business operations of our Bangalore branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the branch.
  • Distributor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to drive business expansion.
  • Pricing and Incentives: Implement company pricing, discount, and incentive policies to optimize profitability.
Branch Operations & Administration:
  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch activities, including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company SOPs, financial discipline, and reporting standards.
  • Cost Efficiency: Maintain branch profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and Motivate: Supervise and motivate the branch sales & support team to achieve performance targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on products, software solutions, and sales processes to enhance team capabilities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Set and evaluate staff performance based on defined KPIs.
Customer & Market Engagement:
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and large clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor tracking to provide valuable insights to management.
