Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of a lease abstraction team, ensuring seamless operations and meeting performance standards.

This key role will be responsible for managing local services, leading teams, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders across different regions.

The successful candidate will also drive global integration, standardization, and process improvement within the organization.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Local services management and leadership
  • Collaboration with regional and global leadership to ensure consistency and resource optimization
  • Process improvement and standardization initiatives

A bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in lease abstraction or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Polished skills in problem-solving, planning, and coaching
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience with business SaaS solutions (a plus)

A master's degree in a related field is a plus, as is relevant experience in a similar leadership role.
