As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in effectively communicating our meditation and wellness courses to facilitate bookings and drive significant growth in annual sales revenue for the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest profiles align with our values and promote consistency across all interactions.
- Diversify our guest base by substantially increasing international guest contributions.
- Implement strategies to reduce reliance on seasonal and short-term guests.
- Develop and lead a strong sales team to deliver results sustainably.
- Establish systems and controls to improve guest experience and cost efficiency in the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to automate processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, D2C, and leadership roles.
Competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary range of INR 50,000 - 80,000.
