
Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to drive enterprise sales, focusing on selling to accounts with high desktops or cloud workloads.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT solutions buying processes and be able to effectively communicate with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, selling to accounts with 1000 or higher desktops or 300 or higher cloud workloads.
- Sales experience in areas of Networking/Security/Servers-Storage-Backup/Cloud to the mentioned client profile.
- Sound knowledge of the IT Solutions buying process in Enterprise accounts.
- Sound knowledge of Decision Making people and positions involved in the IT buying process.
- Good written and oral Communication skills. Good Oral communication skills in the vernacular language essential.
- Ability to judge people and situations, tactically sharp in steering situations and people to one's side.
- Conversant with sales funnel stages, prospects, suspects, sales actions required for each funnel stage.
