Job Title: Strategic Business Director

The role of a Chief Operating Officer is to oversee the entire operational framework of an organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, aligning business functions with strategic objectives, and providing strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and improve process flows to meet regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Transaction Oversight: Monitor and report on transaction stages and status, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Tech Strategy: Provide strategic direction for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Human Capital: Oversee HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Acumen: Supervise Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk Governance: Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to Asset Reconstruction Company / Non-Banking Financial Company / Banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing Asset Reconstruction Company business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
