Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Development Lead - Branding to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out through networks, industry events, and referrals, while shaping every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.
They will diagnose problems, frame us as the right solution partner, and craft compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.
Key responsibilities include anchoring pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams, and taking responsibility for converting them into live engagements.
The ideal candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.
Strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.
Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth are also required. A good personal network in marketing and brand circles will be an advantage.
Success Metrics:
- Build a target list of 50 to 100 prospects within the first ninety days
- Set up discovery conversations and sharpen the pitch with leadership
- Convert at least two to three new accounts into live projects within the first quarter
