We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote role involves researching and evaluating potential partners that align with our goals, analyzing market trends and competitor partnerships, tracking KPIs such as lead volume, revenue, retention, etc., and refining partnership strategies based on performance data.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, proven experience in partnerships and strategic partnerships, excellent communication and sales skills, ability to work independently and remotely, and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the automation or fintech market, possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and be able to drive business growth through effective partnership development.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships that align with our company's goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to inform partnership strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success.
- Refine partnership strategies based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
