As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our partnerships strategy for the Education sector in India. This role is critical in driving growth and engagement with Adobe products among educational institutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners across various segments, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, Affordable Private School (APS) Chains, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Education Labs Suppliers, and Hardware Suppliers.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers.
