Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

 

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Leader with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise to join our European operations.

The successful candidate will be a trusted finance leader with strong finance and business leadership background, partnering with cross-functional teams, driving financial insights, and ensuring best-in-class process excellence to support operational and strategic growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles:


• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition.


• Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles.


• Plan-to-Product: Support costing, product lifecycle, and profitability analysis.


• Request-to-Service (R2S): Align service delivery with financial and operational KPIs.

  • Provide business insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new projects, investments, and product cost structures.
  • Support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Build and mentor finance teams to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Act as a business advisor to senior management, aligning financial planning with strategic growth.
