Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our manufacturing operations and drive growth in domestic and international markets.

The Role

The Senior Manufacturing Director will oversee the end-to-end process of commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG. This includes:

  • Driving market expansion through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile by optimizing production processes and managing costs.
  • Modernizing manufacturing through capex deployment and ROI-focused discipline.
  • Leading digital/ERP transformation and data-driven governance to enhance operational efficiency.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench development.
  • Representing the company with customers, JV/partner organizations, auditors, banks, and industry bodies.
Requirements

We seek a highly experienced executive with:

  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management.
