We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Partnership Specialist to cultivate and nurture key relationships with our top-tier clients.

Job Summary:
  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Prioritize client objectives, challenges, and technical environments to deliver customized solutions and drive business growth.
  • Lead client onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning discussions to ensure seamless adoption and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent client interests internally by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Facilitate high-level conversations and align solutions with client goals to drive tangible results.
  • Analyze data, KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; an MBA is an advantage.
