
Strategic Partnership Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India.
This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will represent our company externally, secure proposals, negotiate terms, and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets.
The role requires frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings when stationed at partner locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with our company's strategic goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
- Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Represent our company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
- Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
Qualifications:
- A motivated professional with 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
