Senior Client Partnerships Executive

The role of a Senior Client Partnerships Executive involves acting as a trusted advisor to key enterprise clients, ensuring the successful adoption and effective utilization of our solutions.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
  • Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Promote client interests internally by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
