As a Lead Educator - Outreach and Partnerships, you will develop and execute outreach strategies, manage partnerships, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You will coordinate with stakeholders, evaluate data and trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading outreach initiatives across various regions
- Building strong networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals, and counsellors
- Establishing long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments
You will also drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts, onboard and manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners, and ensure retention and engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups.
Represent Digital Performance Agency at education events, seminars, and regional meetings, serving as the face of the agency in the assigned states, ensuring credibility and visibility. Track and monitor outreach performance using KPIs and share data-backed insights with leadership to improve enrolment strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, an established network, and proven success in B2B education services, school admissions, or student recruitment. They will have 7-12 years of experience, a well-established network with local agents, and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets, ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively, familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field are required.
