Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at OMRON. As part of our Industrial Automation division, you will be responsible for driving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and implementing business plans monthly, quarterly and yearly for assigned regions.
- Creating and executing account plans for all customers and updating quarterly.
- Developing new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer engagement.
- Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis for assigned regions.
- Increase in-house business shares in existing customer base.
- Conducting Tech meetings with customers to discuss business opportunities.
- CP/System integrators/SOP (Solution Partners) engagement and direct sales.
- Maintaining and analyzing region and industry-specific data as per business requirements.
- Preparing various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per business requirements.
Key skills include:
- Core knowledge of PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Safety, Sensors, and Components.
- Knowledge of Robotics and experience in dealing with OEM's and Channel Partners, Direct Customers, and System Integrators.
- Good presentation skills and negotiation.
- Competent in handling product demos and Technical queries for customers.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for Behavioral Sense of Urgency, target-oriented, and dedication to extra hours if needed.
