Sales Director for Agency Business

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven media sales professional to join our growing team at Vertoz, an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenues.
- IDentify prospective publishers and onboard them onto our platform.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
- Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Develop long-term strategies for process improvement and growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a go-getter mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical skill set.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
