We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive outreach initiatives, build partnerships and secure high-impact workshops that inspire students in the education sector.

This role involves developing strategic relationships with schools, colleges, educational counsellors and key decision-makers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, building strong networks and securing high-profile partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outreach across schools, junior colleges and educational institutions
  • Build strategic partnerships with principals, academic heads and key decision-makers
  • Secure high-impact workshops and sessions that ignite curiosity and ambition in students
  • Convert outreach into enrollments and long-term institutional relationships
  • Travel to key education hubs to expand our presence

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales (education sector experience preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Confident and driven, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about education, youth development and building something that lasts
