Little Millennium
is looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive franchise growth and strengthen our presence in
Ahmedabad
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchisee acquisition and expansion
  • End-to-end franchisee support (pre & post sign-up)
  • Revenue collection (Franchise fee & Teaching Aid Material)
  • Market research & competition analysis
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Reporting on collections & centre performance

Desired Profile:

  • 4–8 years of experience in franchisee development / expansion
  • Strong understanding of the
    preschool & education sector
  • Proven success in
    building franchise networks
  • Comfortable with
    14–18 days of travel per month
  • Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills
