About the Role
  • This senior position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue increase across assigned centers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets, with 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing and at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute center-level admission strategies.
  • Lead Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and execute BTL campaigns to maximize brand visibility and student enrollments.
  • Oversee daily operations across assigned centers, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Analyze admissions data and market trends to inform future plans and identify new business opportunities.
  • Must-Have Skills & Qualities:
  • Expertise in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Requirements

  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
