Establish a Strategic Partnership for Business Growth
About the Role:
We seek an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in the education sector. This is a key opportunity to build strong relationships with institutional clients, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with educational institutions, consultancies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
- Lead negotiations and manage sales agreements/contracts.
- Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and pitches for institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless services and meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for review and analysis.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to build brand presence and expand customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Essential Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
