Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for the efficient operation of the department, ensuring that all outlets meet the hotel's standards and are individually profitable. This role requires strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on banqueting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure that all outlets meet the hotel's standards and are individually profitable
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Director of F&B or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation
- Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Banqueting experience an asset
