Job Description

As Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring that all culinary activities align with the company's strategy. This includes conducting regular meetings and briefings, communicating effectively with departmental heads, and ensuring that all guest interactions deliver the brand promise.

You will also be responsible for managing costs, preparing the annual business plan, and analyzing business performance to facilitate accurate forecasting. Additionally, you will ensure that all financial records are up-to-date, and that all hotel company and local rules, policies, and regulations are adhered to.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the Director of Guest Services to prepare and update the annual marketing plan, and look for opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.

In terms of operations, you will ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and monitor all operations during peak business periods to make adjustments as necessary.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1200000-1500000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a BHM graduate or equivalent qualification, and pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
