Description:At Accor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary team, driving menu innovation, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the culinary team, driving excellence in food quality, presentation, and innovation.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they meet Accor's high standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimizing waste.
- Food Safety and Quality: Implement and maintain robust food safety and quality protocols, ensuring compliance with Accor's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of driving menu innovation and improving food quality and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
