Customer Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager - Operational Excellence to join our team at TERiX Computer Service. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as superb leadership ability. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer accounts
- Oversight of new customer setup
- Contract activation, in absence of Contracts team
- Managing Pre-AMC
- Escalation Handling
- Daily Escalation Review (Ticket review)
- Process management and improvement
- Handling Reports, daily/Weekly/Monthly
- Weekly call with customer
- All Payment management from customers
- Managing all Pre-existing and Time & Material cases with customer and Time & Material team
- Oversight of Response Centre in the absence of Team lead
- Daily open call review. (Ops)
Important Metrics:
- Contracts should be activated within 48 hours (Excluding Sat/Sunday)
- Reports to be updated according to their set frequencies
- Payment Management as per accepted terms
- Ensure PRE AMC and BOM creation
- Pass down
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
