Account Manager Job Description

DigiLantern seeks a seasoned Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive growth.

This role involves managing multiple clients across various domains, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. Additionally, an MBA or other management qualification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Regularly meeting clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Market Research: Collecting intelligence on clients, their markets, competitors, and industries.
  • Account Management: Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of requirements to clients.
  • Delivery Management: Requirement gathering, summarizing, clarifying queries, and submitting work on time.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of relevant work experience as an Account Manager in the International or Domestic domain. They should also have in-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management or Digital Marketing client management.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in account management roles.
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of IT services or SAAS product delivery.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and organizational skills, business acumen, problem-solving attitude, presentation skills, integrity, and sincerity.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
