Strategic Account Manager

MetaMorph is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B solution enablement or account management, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding KPIs, revenue targets, and company goals. You will be ruthless at time management and timely delivery of tasks allocated, with strong business development and consultative selling skills.
You will work closely with our product team to develop a deep understanding of our platform and highlight relevant features and functionality based on client-specific business needs. Your role will involve game-changing ideas, market mapping, new business development, and developing a quality pipeline and lead new customer acquisitions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Market mapping and new business development
- Developing a deep understanding of our product/platform and highlighting relevant features/functionality based on client-specific business needs
- Developing a quality pipeline and leading new customer acquisitions
- Making effective sales presentations based on client needs and handling negotiations
- Ensuring business target achievement: Pipeline building, Client conversion, Onboarding and Revenues
- Managing customer expectations through cross-functional interactions & ensuring that deliverables are completed
- Developing excellent relationships with key clients, providing support during implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting any product issues or concerns
