Account Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Stefanini. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to understand their staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients, driving business growth and success.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, service delivery, or staffing, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
