Account Manager Role Overview
As a key member of our team at Stefanini, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to source and match candidates to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in account management, service delivery or staffing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
