Account Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our team at Stefanini, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to source and match candidates to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Monitor and track client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance
  • Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience in account management, service delivery or staffing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
