Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
  • Talent Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's brand by creating a positive candidate experience and boosting visibility in the job market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources operations.
  • Prior experience in hiring sales professionals is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
