Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and innovative talent acquisition expert to lead our HR team. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent attraction initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Candidate sourcing and recruitment, including identifying top talent, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Employee development and training, including identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and facilitating skill enhancement and career growth.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
To be successful as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
