About the Opportunity
Our organisation is seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our workforce capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in HR management, with expertise in talent attraction, performance systems, and compliance. They will also be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage talent pipelines, recruitment processes, and onboarding activities
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to senior leaders and managers
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Strong expertise in talent management, performance systems, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
