Job Title: HR Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to support various HR functions across talent acquisition, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communications.
    • Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations.
    • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive office culture.
    • Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR:
    • Help manage the company's internal communication channels.
    • Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives.
    • Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.
