About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role, with a strong background in HR practices and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems, with a strong understanding of HR technology and best practices.
