
HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a positive work culture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing, and operations, develop compelling job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring process, collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfil staffing needs, build employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred place to work.
- People & Culture: Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture, plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives, design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.
- Performance & Growth: Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments, drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives, recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.
- Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance, manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records, handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.
