We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to develop strong relationships with our consultants and drive employee satisfaction.

This is a key role in enhancing consultant experiences, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong people management, and analytical thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business consultants across the US.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  • Generate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Handle a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
