Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
    • Identify and select top talent within tight timelines.
    • Coordinate the recruiting process, including application tracking, interviewing, and selection.
    • Conduct pre-screens, schedule interviews, and administer reference checks.
  • Onboarding:
    • Guide hiring managers throughout the onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Complete first-day orientation with new employees.
  • Rewards Implementation:
    • Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation.
    • Partner with supervisors and managers to effectively implement performance management and recognition schemes.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Listen to and address employee issues, concerns, and complaints.
    • Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
    • Serve as an advisor and resource to managers and supervisors.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement:
    • Participate in employer branding by identifying company differentiators.
    • HIGHLIGHT key differentiators that set us apart from competitors.
    • Implement employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements.
  • Supporting Special Initiatives:
    • Support and participate in department projects, including compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate engagements.
  • Administration:
    • Support event planning activities.
    • Maintain all records and documents housed outside of organizational systems.
