Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's HR strategy and vision. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive synergies across all group companies regarding policies and practices.
  • Lead leadership talent strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles.
  • Manage Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs.
  • Ensure strong succession planning for all critical roles.
  • Promote talent mobility across the group.
  • Oversee the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s.
  • Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures.
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies.
  • Establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution.
