About this opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to experience the full spectrum of HR activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This position provides a chance to develop skills in employee onboarding, engagement, and connect initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating smooth onboarding processes, planning engaging activities, and serving as a reliable point of contact for employees.

You will also assist with HR administrative tasks, such as online database management, coordinating with central HR teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.

  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees – from documentation to induction and first-day experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.
  • Employee Connect: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of proactivity, organization, and approachability. You should be comfortable working in an office setting every day and be eager to learn, take ownership, and get your hands dirty.
