Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Intern Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Screen and filter resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will also play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

Additionally, you will assist in the maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will participate in training sessions and assist in organizing training programs for employees.

It is also your responsibility to learn about HR policies, procedures, and best practices in areas such as employee relations and performance management.

You will assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.

Finally, you will help with data entry and analysis related to HR metrics and workforce trends.
