
Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the latest information and support
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively analyze and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to learn new applications and systems quickly to stay current with our evolving technology landscape
- Experience with non-clinical systems such as HVAC management, facilities work order management, key management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking, and membership management
- Proficiency in at least one of the following applications: Compete, Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), or Trane/TracerEnsemble
