Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our corporate recruitment efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing actionable plans to meet competitive hiring goals, working closely with departmental managers. They will also manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure for various roles across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Strategy & Planning: Develop strategic plans to meet business objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to closing offers.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust network of qualified active and passive candidates.
- Employer Branding & Outreach: Enhance employer branding through local and national career fairs to attract diverse talent.
- Strategic Recruiting Initiatives: Collaborate with HR leadership to design innovative sourcing strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to create compelling job descriptions and publish them across relevant channels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with internal teams to understand departmental dynamics, hiring needs, and job specifications.
- Recruitment Marketing: Create engaging job postings on social media and company portals to attract high-quality applicants.
- Sourcing Excellence: Identify top-tier candidates using knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized database of all candidate interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Kannada.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles across departments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
