Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager
About This RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to lead our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring Planning: Understanding business requirements and planning hiring/delivery as per agreed profiles, compensation, and timelines.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Ensuring backend hiring process/tools are effective, efficient, and able to facilitate candidate onboarding to meet BAU and seasonal hiring peaks.
- Stakeholder Management: Managing all relevant stakeholders to ensure maintaining correct data capture and accurate data reporting from a recruitment perspective.
- Location Hiring Strategy: Planning and executing location hiring strategies, adequate staffing with the team, required tools, and recruitment compliance to achieve staffing objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Building, nurturing, and maintaining a highly capable and motivated back-end recruitment team to deliver business goals.
- Hiring Process Automation: Evaluating, streamlining, executing hiring processes, and reviewing them to ensure the most efficient and robust candidate processing.
- Candidate Experience: Ensuring best-in-class candidate experiences as a mandatory outcome.
- Budgetary Compliance: Maintaining and advising HOD on budgetary compliance and requirements.
- Data Processing: Timely processing of data to support vendor contributions and payouts.
- Team Performance: Timely processing of data to support employee referrals and/or any other payouts to employees.
- Candidate Movement: Ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting to support organization's internal/external audit requirements.
- Dashboards and Reporting: Owning all dashboards and reporting pertaining to recruitment and reducing manual intervention to facilitate automation of reports.
- Recruitment Insights: Providing hiring analytics and other insights to shape up recruitment sourcing/delivery strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
