Job Description

We seek a seasoned Land Acquisition Specialist to oversee land procurement across multiple regional sites.

The ideal candidate will possess 7-12 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in land acquisition and management.

  • Coordinate land acquisition activities at various locations
  • Manage land acquisitions through private means, government allotments, and other legislative frameworks
  • Assist in resolving land disputes, including title issues, encroachments, and ceiling limit exemptions
  • Prepare periodic reports to track acquisition progress and issue resolution
  • Familiarity with revenue documentation and title search documents

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and relevant regulations
  • Knowledge of land laws and revenue documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
