Senior Liaison Officer/Liaison Head

We are seeking an experienced Senior Liaison Officer with over 15 years of experience in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth statutory processes, contribute significantly to business development through strategic relationship-building and facilitation, and facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
