Job Overview

All Time Plastics seeks a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support & operations department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to coordinate all marketing aspects for a geographical region. This includes maintaining contact with international customers, negotiating quotes and sales orders, and resolving any issues related to order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs and requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and timely responses.
  2. Marketing Coordination: Oversee all marketing activities for assigned regions, including developing and implementing sales strategies to grow existing clients and secure new accounts.
  3. Negotiation and Order Management: Finalize quotes, sales orders, and payment terms with overseas clients, ensuring smooth order execution and delivery.
  4. Communication and Problem-Solving: Effectively communicate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to resolve any issues that may arise during order execution.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and update Data Management Systems and MIS as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in data management systems.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile: Good communication skill and experience in sales support & operations.
