Overview

All Time Plastics seeks a seasoned International Business Development Manager to drive global sales growth and expand our customer base in key markets.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing productive relationships with key customers, coordinating company resources to meet account performance objectives, and developing business plans to ensure attainment of international sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Develop business plans and strategies for multiple product lines in assigned markets to ensure attainment of international sales goals.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance and trends.
  • Maintain contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all marketing aspects of assigned products for a geographical region, including negotiation and finalization of quotes, sales orders, and payment terms with overseas clients.
  • Follow up on new enquiries, provide quotations, price lists, samples, and convert them into clients.
  • Update clients about the developments of orders up to delivery of goods and resolve any queries or problems related to execution of orders till delivery of goods to clients.
  • Resolve after-sales quality issues if any.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling independently business development functions, preferably from an OEM business background. A PG degree in MBA/PGDM in any specialization is required. The preferred candidate should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
