About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at All Time Plastics. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the OEM market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and finalize quotes, sales orders, and payment terms with overseas clients.
  • Follow up on new enquiries and provide quotations, price lists, and samples as required.
  • Update clients on order developments and resolve any queries or issues related to order execution.
  • Resolve after-sales quality issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

What We Offer:
