  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and exceed performance objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international market, leveraging industry connections and market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform sales and marketing efforts.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on international sales performance, trends, and market developments.
  • OEM Business Management
  • Lead the marketing efforts for assigned geographical regions, focusing on retaining and growing existing clients through effective service, product range, quality, and price management.
  • Negotiate and finalize quotes, sales orders, and payment terms with overseas clients, ensuring timely execution and resolution of any queries or issues.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in handling independently business development functions, preferably from an OEM business background.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
