Job Title: Human Resources Director

At Kidzonia International, we are seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee the entire spectrum of human resource functions at our Mumbai Head Office and across all our centers. This key role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives to support our organization's growth and ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all roles across Kidzonia, from the corporate team to center staff, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions for new and existing positions, aligning with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding, to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our dynamic environment.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions and achievements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee retention, including recognition programs, career development plans, and regular feedback sessions, to promote job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.
  • Organize team-building activities, town halls, and events to promote a collaborative environment and encourage open communication among team members.
Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and transparent evaluations, and develop Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees in coordination with department heads.
  • Address performance issues constructively and design Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary, to support employee growth and development.
Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational needs, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that all HR processes are aligned with company values and mission, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
Learning and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop annual training calendars for employees across all levels, focusing on skill development and leadership training programs.
  • Partner with external trainers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective training programs, monitoring their effectiveness and recommending improvements.
HR Operations:
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and employee records to ensure accuracy and timely execution, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹ 8 lakhs - ₹ 12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
